Hello experts,
I have a question regarding the DNA reactions , i want to simulate reactions with DNA molecules (indirect damage) from PDB, similare to what done with DNAs from OpenDNAFabric, coould please elaborate since i didn’t found any DNA reactions with DNA from PDB, and also i faced a problem with instaling OpeNDNAfabric in order to generate my own DNA geometry, thats why i would like use dna from PDB just by downloading file.pdb.
