Create Bremsstrahlung Radiation when kill electrons

I am modeling a germanium gamma detector with the EmLivermore physics list. I am killing electrons within the crystal to speed up the simulation but im not sure if bremsstrahlung radiation is being produced. How can I produce it when I kill an electron?

Hello,

you need to study Geant4 tracking. if at any step you kill an electron, this may happens only PostStep, all history before was already simulated included bremsstrahlung, but all history after the killing is lost - no bremsstrahlung for given electron.
