Error bars in GEANT4 simulations

Hello,

I want to if there is a proper method of calculating systematic error associated with running GEANT4 simulation? Let’s say that I am running 100 events and find the mean energy deposition to be 56.135 KeV. How do I find the error associated with this value? Does GEANT4 have an internal system error calculation?

How do you compute mean energy deposit ? You can do similar things for root mean square.
example of such calculation is shown in TestEm5 : Run.cc, lines 143-146
