How can i fix the problem
The text at the top of the screenshot suggests the configuaration did not complete successfully. Did you follow the post installation steps?
As noted, please post the output of the configuration step so we can see what the errors are. It’s also better to copy/paste the text from the terminal and place it in a block like:
