G4RadioactiveTables Empty in VR mode

Hi,
I am trying to do activation simulations of 14 MeV neutrons impinging on a target. I would like to get the activities of all the produced radioisotopes using the G4RadioactivityTable in VR mode (same as example rdecay02), However, when I am trying to retrieve the Tables, they are always empty.

I increased the verbosity level to 3 and I get a seg. fault (core dumped). Same happens when I run macro proton-beam macro of rdecay02 example (empty activity table and seg. fault)
If I run u238b macro the activity table is empty too.

I am using geant4-10-06-patch-01 in Multi-threaded mode.
