If I added the physics(such as EM_Opt4), I want to turn of the one process in physics, such as Coulomb scattering. How should I do？

I am currently simulating the interaction of gamma particles with a material in Geant4, and I have included the G4EmStandardPhysics physics list to handle processes such as the photoelectric effect and Compton effect.

However, I would like to disable the Compton effect specifically, while still considering other electromagnetic processes. Could you provide guidance on how to modify the physics list or make the necessary adjustments to achieve this in my Geant4 simulation?
