We know that photopeak usually consists of contribution from the Photoelectric effect as well as multiple Compton scattering.
Is there any way in Geant4 through which we can find the individual contributions of Multiple Compton scattering and photoelectric effect towards the photopeak? Please share.

The energy contributions are usually not only from the compton gammas or electrons but from the secondaries created by them. You have them to check for each particle contributing to the photopeak if its origin (or the origin of its ancestor particles) is a Compton or a photoelectric interaction. Not a trivial task…
