I’ve asked about this problem before, but I feel, I couldn’t describe my problem properly. I would like to try it again 
My silly test:
I’ve created an oxygen sphere, with a 14MeV neutron source in the middle of it. Using a MySteppingAction, I’ve collected the following parameters at each step:
-particle name, particle energy, process
There are lot of occasions where a gamma track with about 5.47 MeV energy appears after the inelastic scattering of a neutron. There should not be any kind of gamma emission bellow 6MeV according to cross section data for O16. At the same time, there are gamma tracks with the proper energies too. Any ideas?
