hi , everyone
I study the mechanism of passage of heavy nuclei through olivine with
aim to build a model of etching. Now I study near the ion at a distance of ten nanometers or less. On this scale
I have an instability of calculations, which manifests itself in the form of emissions
on time-dependent curves.
What is it, the limits of Geant’s use, lack of statistics or something else?

the problem is unclear. You need providing more information: Geant4 version, geometry, Physics Lists, how you score these curves.
