Transform mesh scorer output file into histogram

this file have a .csv format.
the easiest way is delete the first three rows of the file. then use this link(https://www.convertcsv.com/csv-viewer-editor.htm) for changing it 's format to xlsx

but i cant remove the comments for example this line :
“# primitive scorer name: F1”
"# iX, iY, iZ, total(value) [percm2], total(val^2), entry "

you can refine the excel file . for example delete the Duplicated and empty rows and columns easily.
