This is almost certainly the result of an upgrade to the MacOS system, and the Geant4PackageCache.cmake file that Geant4 installs. See this post: Rebuilding Geant4 10.7.2 - #2 by bmorgan for instructions on how to remove that file, just adapt it to the path to your Geant4 installation.
