About downloading the needed files to install Geant4

In the download section of the Geant4 toolkit there are 3 subsections: Download the Source file, Download the Binary file and Download the Datasets. I have installed Geant4 downloading only the Source file and the Datasets, Is that enough or do I also have to download the Binary file?.

No, you don’t have to as you’ve already installed Geant4. The binary just packages up the output of a build, which it sounds like you’ve already done.
