Version of Geant4
Operating System and Version (e.g. CentOS 7, macOS Mojave, Windows 10)
Compiler Vendor and Version (e.g. GCC 7.3, Xcode 10.2, Visual Studio 2017)
Commands used to reproduce the issue
Any error messages reported (text attachments are welcome for long outputs)
