Hello,

When I want to build a box with water and recompose the world with galactic in the example of “dnaphysics”. The visual interface is shown in the following figure.

The side length of the world is 100 micrometer and the box is 90 micrometer. I want to set the box to dna region and using the “DNA_opt2” physics process to simulate it. But the results shows that the “DNA_opt” is not used in this region. What’s the reason for this?

In this case, you need to define G4Region(“Phantom”) in DetectorConstruction class.
