Applying Tracking cut on minimum kinetic energy of electron in logical volume

Dear Users and developers,

I would like to apply the tracking cut on the electrons ( using access to UserLimts class) with given minimum kinetic energy (say 60 keV) in a chosen logical volume. Please let me know how one can apply it.
