Big difference between Geant4 and Mcnp6, Fluka?

I do a simulation using 9.441eE-10 MeV to bomb Au-197,
the fluence response result is
FTFP_BERT_HP 0.21234
Shielding 0.212376
QGSP_BERT_HP 0.21234
QGSP_BIC_HP 0.21234
QGSP_BIC_AllHP 0.212305
using Geant4 with different PhysicsList.
but the value is 0.442 using Mcnp6,
and 0.423 using Fluka.
it seems the PhyscicsLists are lack of something on calculationg this case.

which PhyscicsList should i add?
