Big difference between results of Hadr03 and Hadr 06

Hi. Here are to results of List of generated particles, obtained by Hadr03 and Hadr06 examples respectively. All physics models and physics lists are the same. Dimensions of target are same too. I use neutron beam with 0.5MeV primary energy. Number of primary particles are same too. What is the reason of such big difference in number of generated Cu64 ?

Cu63: 19993 Emean = 13.915 keV ( 1.0377 eV → 31.108 keV)
Cu64: 84 Emean = 8.2351 keV ( 3.0814 keV → 18.065 keV)
Cu65: 11410 Emean = 13.647 keV ( 1.62 eV → 30.247 keV)
Cu66: 20 Emean = 7.9266 keV ( 3.8428 keV → 12.188 keV)
gamma: 884 Emean = 2.9179 MeV ( 131.73 keV → 8.0701 MeV)

List of generated particles:
Cu63: 135 Emean = 13.272 keV ( 5.9318 eV → 30.595 keV)
Cu64: 1 Emean = 9.5017 keV ( 9.5017 keV → 9.5017 keV)
Cu65: 70 Emean = 12.815 keV ( 434.61 eV → 29.864 keV)
Zn64: 1 Emean = 2.544 eV ( 2.544 eV → 2.544 eV )
anti_nu_e: 1 Emean = 576.61 keV ( 576.61 keV → 576.61 keV)
e-: 1 Emean = 3.0825 keV ( 3.0825 keV → 3.0825 keV)
gamma: 6 Emean = 2.118 MeV ( 759.27 keV → 4.5048 MeV)
