Hi, Can Geant4 simulate problems like those in Jackson's Classical Electrodynamics book?. If not, what software would be most appropriate to use for this purpose?

Geant4 can track charged particles accurately through a known EM field but it cannot calculate that field for you. That’s where tools like COMSOL etc come in.
