Create windows exe in Linux

Hello, is it possible to compile a geant4 simulation on linux machine, but creating an .exe file for windows?

It should be providing a cross compiler and cross-compiled libraries are present - googling for something like “cross compile for windows on linux” will bring up a lot of info/guides on how to do this.
