Daughter nucleus from beta-decay

Hi Experts

I have been using the G4RadioactiveDecay package, for beta-decay of B12.
The particles generated by this decays is one electron, one anti_electron neutrino, and one B12 ion.
This should of course be C12.

I am using the general particle source commands:
/gps/particle ion
/gps/ion 5 12 0 0

Does anyone know why it doesn’t generate the right daughter nucleus?

Here, a macro for example rdecay01 and the printout.
For commodities, we print incident ion with the list of generated particles.
