We have our detector simulations & software within the FairRoot framework, using Geant4 through a virtualisation for particle transport. Now, we want to access the particle generation (i.e. FTF) to return a collection of particles for proton-proton reactions in an event-by-event manner.
We do have some event generation using the FTF model for antiproton induced reactions. The proton induced part was there before, but changes in Geant some years ago made this piece incompatible. The contact to our developer has been lost, unfortunately.
I would like to get a friendly pointer to where to look in the dicumentation/examples or whom to contact in the G4 team.
