Dose calculation and bias reduction

Dear Geant4 users,
I want to simulate the energy deposited in geometry of particles with several keV. And I compared the result with the value got from Gate. But there is some difference. As shown in the figure, 300 keV gamma irradiate the water. The left the result from the Geant4, and the right is the result from Gate. For Geant4, the deposited energy has a reduction in 150 mm and also the same result when energy is 400 keV or other.

And I also used some different physics list, but they have same result after 150 mm.
How can I got the correct result as GATE result?

Check the geometry or there might be some propagation obstacle in the geometry. GATE runs on top of GEANT4, basically both should give same result.
