.doxygen installed in G4.11.1.3

These are the last a few lines of the output of make install in the installation of Geant4.11.1.3 in my macOS. It seems unnecessary to install .doxygen. Is that right?

It’s not critical, no, so you can remove those if needed (or you can disable installing the example code entirely).
