Error about fatal exception:ENSDFSTATE.dat is not found

Hi, Geant4 experts and users.
I tried to use TOPAS to run geant4 examples. And I met a mistake as shown below:

ENSDFSTATE.dat is not found.
**** Fatal Exception *** core dump ****
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I’m confused about this error. Could anybody help me about it?

It means you don’t have the $G4ENSDFSTATEDATA envvar set. That probably means you didn’t do your Geant4 environment setup before running your application. See the “Postintall Setup” section of the Installation Guide.
