did you follow the user guide: Postinstall Setup — Geant4 Installation Guide 10.7 documentation
especially the " Required Environment Settings on UNIX"?

looks like you did not “source” the geant4.sh file in the current terminal!?

i have used the command source geant4.sh, but still not working
