ِWhat is the difference between FTFP_BERT_HP and QGSP_BIC_HP?
I used the FTFP_BERT_HP and the EnergyDeposit was more than when I used the QGSP_BIC_HP.

In addition, you can navigate in the physics lists and look yourself at the differences (they are transparent). Not sure why you have higher edep with the Bertini physics list, however one reason is that Bertini produces more nuclear products (this is what I observed in studies I have done in the past). I encourage you to compare the two physics lists in terms of secondary particles produced and I think you may find the answer to your question.
