when I did the simulation of Co-60 using the NaI detector I noted that the photopeaks appeared strict and I want it to be gaussian photopeaks like those photpeaks of the practical.
Are there any parameters that I have to add to the simulations?

It depends how/where in your application you are persisting/storing the energy deposited by each event. At that point in the code you can apply any energy resolution/sensitivity effects for the detector to the raw deposited energy to obtain the energy as it would be observed.
There are no specific parameters in Geant4 to do that as it’s obviously highly specific to the system.
