Recently, I have attempted to visualize the nucleosomes mentioned in the paper “Geant4-DNA simulation of human cancer cells irradiation with helium ion beams”, specifically in Figure 3.
However, I have encountered difficulties in visualizing the nucleosomes using the provided macro file, such as cylinder.mac . I am uncertain about how the nucleosomes were positioned in the simulated space. Would anyone be able to provide insights into the mechanism behind the source code used to generate these visualizations?
