Geant4 Hadrontherapy example

Hi, i am a newbie to geant4. As part of my masters research project, I have to run MC on geant4 to detect prompt gamma emission from the water phantom in geant4 hadrontherapy advanced example.

So, I have got couple of questions:

  1. can I detect prompt gamma from the existing detector on the example? (the detector detects proton energy deposition along the phantom, whereas I have to measure gamma energy spectrum emitted from the phantom.

  2. Is it possible to change the voxelised detector to scintillator detector on the example?

I hope, I have explained it clearly.

I would highly appreciate if anyone explains it to me to start off my project.
