Hi, I’m trying to simulate and capture secondary electron emission. It should be produced by the protons hitting the GaN nanorods. The proton hits the nanorod and passes through or stops (depends on x*eV) but secondary electrons are not produced.
It seems to me that I’m missing something, maybe I have to define specific physical processes or configure particle/material properties, so I’m asking forum users to point me to articles or guides that will help me understand the steps I need to take to achieve my goal.
