Dear Geant Experts/Researchers,
I am learning to work with geant4-dna simulation. I want to study the radiation interaction with DNA and cells. For that purpose, I am using “.pdb” files as detectors. The files “1aoi.pdb” and “1ZBB.pdb” are loaded correctly in GUI mode. However, when I input “2kap.pdb” file it yields the following error.
