Hello dear G4 users, i hope you are doing well! I am working on Geant4 extended example TestEm5. I want to get the histogram but have no idea to obtained it. Could anybody help me i will really be thankful. Thanks for your time and consideration.

the analysis manager → fillHist() method should work.
