How do not to print warning message while running

Dear experts,

When I run events, some warning message shows, how to prevent printing them?

Hi,

despite these being “only” warnings I strongy suggest you to look closely into them. Navigation problems may result in bogus energy reconstruction of events or events gone missing.
This might be due to the overlap of two or more volumes (with no mother-daughter relationship), I suggest you to try to do a /run/geometry/test .

Thanks for your suggestion, actually, the geometry is imported from CAD directly, I also found that the potential overlap may exist as the dimension is very small (1 nm or even smaller) in Geant4 environment, maybe it can not be distinguished in Geant4.
