How to compute the energy fluence of X-rays

Hi,
I am simulating an X-ray tube, and I wanna know if the simulation is correct by its energy spectrum. I wanna obtain the energy spectrum by the energy fluence of X-rays, but I don’t know how to do it in geant4. Could someone tell me how doing this?
