I recently wanted to try to simulate DNA damage caused by high-energy particles at the microscopic scale.
I would like to ask is there any way to specify what list of physical processes I should use? I’ve looked at the documentation, but it’s not clear yet what physical process model should I use.

I wish someone could tell me what physical or biological conditions I need to first understand if I need to simulate DNA breaks, and then what list of physical processes should I use.
