How to find optical properties?

Hi,

I study the opNovice example of Geant4, but I don’t understand how to find optical properties of materials, I mean the energy range. If I add a new material, how can I find its specific energy range?

If you need to know the refractive index as a function of the wavelength, then have a look at https://refractiveindex.info/. For other properties I can’t help as I use only the refractive index for my purpose concerning all the optical stuff.
