How to get "target" isotope for protonInelastic

It is straightforward to obtain the outcome of a proton inelastic reaction: we can get a list of the secondaries.

However, I need to know the “target” isotope on which the reaction has happened (the isotope with which the proton has interacted). Is it possible to obtain such information in Geant4?
