How to modify the lifetime of free neutrons?

Dear all,

I’m currently trying to modify the lifetime of free neutrons for simulation purposes, but I’m not sure how to do it specifically. I understand that it can be modified in G4Neutron, but I only found the G4Neutron.hh file, which only contains the corresponding functions and does not have specific parameter settings.

So I wanted to ask how to modify the lifetime of free neutrons in Geant4.

G4Neutron.cc is in your-geant4-dir/source/particles/hadrons/barions/src
