I do not think there is an example in Geant4 about this. I suggest the following. You should be able to find in a paper the description of a typical neutron spectrum for BNCT. If you do not find, contact the authors of the paper and they may give you one example (we did that in our team). Then, you can use the General Particle Source to implement the neutron spectrum in the Geant4 simulation. You may also use the ParticleGun but I think the General Particle Source will be the easiest solution.
