Impossible to track gamma photons at 511Kev energy after interaction with SIPM (PMT)

I want to simulate the interaction of 511 keV gamma with a LYSO crystal, resulting in scintillation and producing optical photons. The generated optical photons will be tracked as they travel to the PMT (photomultiplier tube), where they will create photoelectrons through the photoelectric effect. Next, I will simulate the electron multiplication process inside the PMT and collect the resulting signals at the anode. But now i have a problem with runbeamn the code is being compiled and executed but when i start runbeamn the visualization stops and
