Induced reactions run summary

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of a method (in examples or custom) to return a list of the induced reactions that occurred during a run? I want to know exactly which pathway my nucleogenic isotopes took to appear in my simulation.

for example if I fire alphas at 18 oxygen, I might observe 21Ne being created. Ideally the run summary might tell me:

18O(a, ny)21Ne - 100 times

Any ideas?

A good launch point would probably be the activation example.

I’m pretty sure there’s one of the hadronics examples which does exactly this… Hadr03 prints out reactions, Hadr04, Hadr06 and Hadr07 summarize final state counts. You’ll have to dig through the code to see how the data is collected, and how it’s printed at end of run.

Have a look to the file hadr03.out (in examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr03)
Is it what you are looking for ?

Thanks all - really helpful.

Am I right in thinking that QGSP_BIC_AllHP (TALYS database) is currently the most precise physics list for modelling these kind of reactions at low energies (<9 MeV) ?
