Hi,

which G4 model describes better the energy loss of (MeV and sub-MeV) charged particles in a dense plasma?

Hello,

for today Geant4 has no plasma models. There were attempts to develop but I do not know about success. Infrastructure allows to do so but models should be developed.

Thank you for your kind answer.
I was hoping in some developments in the last years.
I still wonder why it is so difficult to implement some of the existing models for different regimes, since technology progress makes validation studies much easier to be performed now. If you could address me to someone/some group I would love to collaborate or at least learn more.
