Is the DAVIS Model pre_installed in geant4 suitble for BGO?

Hello, I’m simulating a BGO+SiPM detector for the dedicated PET. Nowadays, I would like collecting the scintillation photons generated in BGO and trying different optical surface impacting on it. In order to simulate the actual situation as accurately and realistically as possible, I want to use the DAVIS mode, but I read in the user manual that this model is based on L(Y)SO measurements. So I wanna know that is the DAVIS Model pre_installed in geant4 suitble for BGO? If not, Where should I go to find the LUT of BGO? Thanks!

Geant4 Version:11.x
Operating System:windows
*Compiler/Version:*Microsoft (R) C/C++ Optimizing Compiler for x86 Version 19.29.30148
*CMake Version:*cmake version 3.20.6

You could use the LUT Davis tool on github to make your LUT for any arbitrary material. To use it in Geant4 replace one of the LUT Davis surface files with the one you made. LUTDavisModel · GitHub
