Low energy ion ranges

Hi,
I am trying to simulate the interaction of low-energy deuteron, carbon and oxygen beams with Pd, Ni and Zr targets. The energy range of the projectiles is from 8 keV to 50 keV. I want to precisely determine the range distribution and implantation profile of these ions in my target. I am not sure which physics list will be best for this application. Is QGSP_BIC_HP_EMZ the best candidate?
Also is there any physics list developed which can account the low-energy nuclear reaction probabilities as well? (eg: D-D fusion between the implanted deuteron and the incoming projectile deuteron)?

Thanks a lot for your interest and response in advance

Hello,

Your physics list is adequate. For low-energy ions you need be sure that an ion make enough steps before they stop. For that it is possible to use StepLimiter, which
