Looks like there might be a typo in LUT Davis section of the manual. The papers referenced in this section state the material of the LUT tables to be LSO, but the manual has listed LYSO instead.
Thanks, we will fix this in future documentation releases. However, as far as I know, there are not significant differences in the optical properties between LSO and LYSO, or rather there are more variations between manufacturers and experimental measurements of the same crystal type.
