Missing neutron inelastic interactions

I have a simple simulation, where I have a beam with high-energy neutrons (E > 20 GeV) hitting a block of tungsten. I am using the PhysicsList FTFP_BERT (and tried QGSP_BERT as well). Surprisingly, there seem to be only decays and hadElastic interactions in the tungsten block. In particular, there is no neutronInelastic interactions.

Should I use a different PhysicsList for these high-energy neutrons or do I have to add anything else?

I am using version 11.2.2 of Geant4 and I am applying an energy cut at 1 GeV.

It is possible you need some hadronic physics lists for inelastic collisions. Have a look at the Activation example which specifically looks at all activities as a result of neutrons interacting with a slab of (any) material. The physics list will be useful.
