I am trying to simulate the detector response matrix and efficiency for stilbene detectors using 252Cf source. I found G4_STILBENE as material and used it for my detector construction. I do not see the optical properties for scintillation for this material. Is there a file I have to look in to find the optical parameters for G4_STILBENE. Looking forward to help.
You’ll have to find the data in manufacturer’s or academic literature and enter it as material parameters. There are very few optical properties included in Geant4.
