Hi !
May I know how to calculate N_ trial which indicates to the number of particle such as protons which transverse in DNA ?
I can only modify beam ON which refers to no. of incident protons.
Could you help me to know , please? I need it to have the absorbed dose because I only have energy deposited , single break, double break only from output file.

This question is not about the example. I think that if you shoot randomly on a face of a box and cumulate their energy deposit, you can get the absorbed dose.
