Physics List for Gamma detection

Hello,
I am currently making a simulation in which I want to count how many photons are being detected in a HPGe detector (basically, I count the number of photons that suffer at least 1 collision in the detector).

I only used “G4EmStandardPhysics_option4” in my PhysicsList, do you recommend me to add something else?

It should be fine. You will record the energy deposition in your detector.
