Physics lists in low energy ion implantations

Hello,

I am trying to simulate lithium ion implantation range in different solid electrolyte materials at low energy ~30keV. What physics list is best for this? I have started from the TestEm7 example which has the option of using standard EM physics options, but I was wondering whether I should use QGSP_BIC_HP_EM(X,Y or Z)? Is there anything else I should be adding, such as a step limiter?

Thanks, i’m getting some discrepancies with TRIM so I was wondering whether I need to include more other than a stepLimiter with EMZ

StepLimiter, a special Physics case, is somehow increase precision level on the cost of computing time.
